Your circle is shaping your future

Hello Reader,

I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

Let me know what you think of this newsletter please?

News of the Week

This year, I moved towns.

New environment. New routines. New normal.

And during that transition…

I focused on my family, my fitness, and settling into work and school life.

But I’ll be honest…

At times, I felt like I was letting my community down.

And it led me to ask a simple question: Who do you surround yourself with?

...Have you ever really thought about that?

That question matters more than most people realise.

Because your environment isn’t neutral.

It’s shaping you.

Surround yourself with people who say:

“I don’t have time.”

“I’m too tired.”

“We’ll do it later…”

Eventually… You'll start to believe it. You start to live it.

Now let's change that.

Surround yourself with people who move with purpose…

And everything changes.

You move with urgency.

Your standards go up.

You take your life more seriously.

You execute.

And it doesn’t just stay in one area.

It bleeds into everything:

How you think.

How you act.

How you carry yourself.

I’m grateful to be around people who get it.

Parents who move with intention.

Parents who don’t let life’s busyness become an excuse.

Parents who take uncomfortable action anyway.

That kind of environment?

It forces you to level up.

Every single day.

When you surround yourself with greatness…

…and you’ll become great.

Surround yourself with bullshit…

…and your life will reflect it.

You don’t rise above your environment.

You fall to it.

Choose wisely.

I recently shared this feelings with my community, feeling like I let them down and some of the responses were mindblowing - knowing that I built a supportive like-minded community for busy parents to come and make a positive impact in the world, with fitness as the foundation. 👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿

Hello Reader, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. Let me know what you think of this newsletter please? News of the Week This week I celebrated my 38th birthday. My family surprised me with one of the most thoughtful gifts I've ever received. A "5 senses" gift. Five small gifts. One for each sense. Simple. Meaningful. Perfect. Being sidelined with an injury also gave me something I don't often create enough space for: Reflection. And as I reflected on the year that was, I found myself writing this... 5...

Hello Reader, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. Let me know what you think of this newsletter please? News of the Week The Push Up Challenge kicked off this week and I've already banked 442 Push Ups. Day 2's push-up target was 72. Not 70. Not 75. Seventy-two. And the reason behind it hit me harder than the push-ups themselves... 72% of men don't seek help when facing mental health challenges. Seventy-two percent. Nearly three out of every four men. If I'm being honest... I've been one of them. The guy...
