Hello Reader, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. βLet me know what you think of this newsletter please? News of the Week The first words you say to yourself when your eyes open up for the first time in the day, These words are so POWERFUL they can dictate your whole day... Yesterday... (Sat Morning) I woke up, not really feeling like going for run, after having a few too many drinks the Friday evening, Babelas (HUNGOVER) My Bitch Voice was loud AF! Giving me every single reason to stay in bed, rest and recover... But I got out of bed and chose a different outcome for my day. I went for a sluggish... slow run, Wasn't great. Wasn't Perfect. But exactly what I needed to win my day (and reaffirm my identity) - even broke a sweat. Because, what I'm about to share next is the realist thing you will hear today.... You choose your identity every morning. Most people pick the victim card without even noticing. Today... my friend, Stop telling yourself, "It's going to be tough." Start telling yourself, "I'm the baddest motherfucker alive." Say it. Mean it. Act like it. Everything you build starts with that first mental dialogue, Win the first minute... ...and the rest of the day follows. Don't react to the day. Claim your morning and WIN YOUR DAY... ...then kick the shit out of it. The EMPIRE WITHIN, is just the tool to build and design your OWN Identity 4 weeks that will change your life... ππΏππΏ JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY HERE ππΏππΏ "Come as you are. Hello Reader, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. Let me know what you think of this newsletter please? News of the Week This week I celebrated my 38th birthday. My family surprised me with one of the most thoughtful gifts I've ever received. A "5 senses" gift. Five small gifts. One for each sense. Simple. Meaningful. Perfect. Being sidelined with an injury also gave me something I don't often create enough space for: Reflection. And as I reflected on the year that was, I found myself writing this... 5...

It was a moment with my boys earlier this week. arm farts Cassius had just learnt...

Seventy-two percent. Nearly three out of every four men. If I'm being honest... I've been one of them. The guy...
