Wrapping paper, church, and a quiet truth 🎁

Hello Reader,

News of the Week

Christmas morning was a massacre 😅

Wrapping paper everywhere...
Boys fully locked into their new toys by 8:30.

Nadine “smiling” at the chaos while making breakfast and getting ready for church.
Me swapping batteries and getting things ready for church.

It felt so damn good.

Then at church, I had a reflective moment, with a tiny tear trickling down.

I was present.

Not thinking about work.
Not stressing about my body.
Not avoiding mirrors or sucking in my gut.

Just there - fully with my family.

And it clicked:

I didn’t start this for abs.
I started to be the man my family can feel in the room.

When you feel good in your own skin, everything improves:

  • Energy with your kids
  • Confidence with your partner
  • You stop hiding and start living

But most parents over 30 with young kids are stuck.
Frustrated.
Hate how they look shirtless.
Tried everything but nothing sticks with the schedule.

The truth

You don’t need another shredded 20-year-old influencer’s plan.
You need a system built around your life - travel, family dinners, work events, night shifts.

That’s exactly what The Elevation Empire is:

  • Time-efficient workouts (10–25 min) you can actually finish
  • Research-backed resources that cut the noise
  • Group challenges (like IGNITE) to keep momentum
  • A tribe of busy parents who fuckin get it - and won’t let you disappear

2026 is your year to lead at home - with fitness as the foundation.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and start leading, I’ll meet you where you are and we’ll finish what you started.

Reply IGNITE and join us on January 5th 2026 (after your New Years Celebrations 😜)

Hello Reader, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. Let me know what you think of this newsletter please? News of the Week This week I was busy AF!!! Last Monday, after a full day on site, I didn’t want to workout because I quite literally was “too busy” I got home later than normal, and instead of cracking open a beer and slouching on the couch, I got moving with my boys instead… After that session I asked myself a question: Why has “being busy" become some sort of bragging right? It should embarrass us...

Hello Reader, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. Let me know what you think of this newsletter please? News of the Week Some parents think leadership is a title… It's actually not! How you react when they make a mess. How you handle changes in life. How you handle job loss How you take care of your body....
